The Expert Sleepers ES-40 is a specialized interface module that utilizes the S/PDIF output of your audio interface to transmit up to five channels of data to your Eurorack system. The ES-40 itself does not feature analog outputs; instead, it serves as a high-quality digital hub for Expert Sleepers expansion modules such as the ESX-8GT or ESX-CV. By taking advantage of the often-unused digital ports on your sound card, the ES-40 provides sample-accurate connectivity with software like Silent Way without sacrificing your interface's primary analog outputs.
