TOUCH SENSITIVE CONTROLLER.

The TSC-12 module, based on Solar-42 Ambient Machine keyboard is a performance oriented touch controller featuring 12 capacitively sensitive plates, equipped with highly accurate Volt/octave outputs, ready to connect to your modular setup also.

Important note! The TSC 12 module is sensitive to grounding in the studio power line. The module may not work correctly in cases with power solution using the regular “Mean Well” brand AC Adapters. For the correct operation of the module, use the “Mean Well” adapters of the "medical" series, or adapters of other brands which are appropriately grounded.

Returns

Eligible unused products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Products must be returned in their original condition, including all accessories and original packaging.

Some exclusions may apply, including opened software or custom orders. Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide the correct instructions.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll help arrange the appropriate replacement, repair or refund.

Warranty & Support

All new products include a 2-year warranty.

If you experience a fault, contact our team with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll help troubleshoot the problem and, where necessary, arrange a repair, replacement or warranty claim.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, normal wear and tear, incorrect installation or unauthorised repairs.
