VoicAs LedPressor: Stereo Diode Compressor
The VoicAs LedPressor is a high-quality, stereo diode-bridge compressor designed for Eurorack. Inspired by classic studio-grade circuitry, the LedPressor uses an LED-based core to provide a warmer, more character-driven sound than typical VCA-based compressors.
Beyond standard dynamic control, the LedPressor excels at adding "glue" and harmonic saturation. By pushing the input gain into the "Nuke" range—indicated by the dedicated LED—you can achieve a rich, distorted, and assertive texture that makes sounds pop. It is equally at home on drum busses, vocal tracks, or synth patches, and features a sidechain input with a switchable filter for precision rhythmic ducking.
