The A-101-2v Vintage Edition is a special take on Doepfer’s vactrol lowpass gate, featuring the same trusted analog circuitry in a sleek black-panel design. True to the West Coast synthesis ethos, this module merges the behavior of a lowpass filter and a VCA, controlled by vactrols for smooth, organic dynamics.
You can select from Lowpass, VCA, or a combination Gate mode, and fine-tune the sound with a Drive control for extra saturation and character. Whether you're building a dark, retro-themed rack or just want a timeless LPG sound, the A-101-2v delivers sonic and visual appeal.
