Delivery timing depends on the product’s availability status:

• In Store
  Available at our Rotterdam store and shipped the same day when ordered before 15:00.
• In Warehouse
  Available from our warehouse. The estimated dispatch or delivery timeframe is shown next to the product availability.
• For Backorder
  The product can be ordered, but availability and delivery timing may vary. Please contact our team for product-specific information.
• Pre-Order
  The product is not yet available for immediate dispatch. Please contact our team for the latest expected availability date.

All available shipping methods, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Returns

Eligible unused products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Products must be returned in their original condition, including all accessories and original packaging.

Some exclusions may apply, including opened software or custom orders. Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide the correct instructions.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll help arrange the appropriate replacement, repair or refund.

All new products include a 2-year warranty.

If you experience a fault, contact our team with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll help troubleshoot the problem and, where necessary, arrange a repair, replacement or warranty claim.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, normal wear and tear, incorrect installation or unauthorised repairs.
