The Klavis Tweakers Plus is a 16HP, 1U Eurorack tile with two channels of CV processing. Each channel gives you gain, offset, polarity and mute in a slim format. It suits modules whose modulation inputs have no attenuverters or offset controls of their own, and it works for live tweaking as well as for setting levels once and leaving them.
-
Two independent channels, each with its own input and output jack
-
Gain up to 2.1x, so one knob both attenuates and amplifies
-
Bipolar offset per channel, unaffected by the polarity setting
-
3-position switch for inverted polarity, channel off or normal polarity
-
Bicolour level LEDs showing positive and negative signal, with both lit for audio
-
Normalled routing for one-to-two splitting and summing into output B
The normalling turns the module into more than two separate attenuators. Input A feeds both channels, so a single envelope or LFO can go to two destinations without a multiple, each scaled and offset differently. On the output side, out B sums both channels, which gives you a small two-channel mixer for CV or audio. The per-channel switch makes it easy to flip or cut a modulation source during a performance, and because the offset is not affected by the switch, a channel can also act as a manual voltage source. The panel is 2 mm black anodised brushed aluminium.
