The Tempi from Make Noise is a 6 channel clock module designed to provide perfectly quantized clock rhythms as well as humanistic and dynamic grooves for Eurorack modular synthesizers.
The programming of the Tempi is intuitive and performative, making it easy to generate complex clocking arrangements within a modular system. There are two modes, Human and Machine. In Machine mode, it can be programmed to be a classic clock divider or multiplier. Each channel can have its division/multiplication set to a different amount, decided by finger clicks on each channels LED button. In Human mode, it can record a physically played rhythm, with all the nuance and variance present in human performance, removing the cold and rigid metronome so common in electronic music. Up to 64 patterns for recall are selectable from within your system or through the Select Bus.
