The 1U Motion MTR is a three-channel utility tile, built as a DIY full kit, from a collaboration between Befaco and Robin Vincent of Molten Modular. It attenuates, inverts and mixes signals and shows their levels on meters. It suits builders who want one small module that handles several everyday patching jobs in a 1U row.
-
Three channels: each one works as an audio level control with a VU meter, a CV attenuator with a voltage meter, or a CV inverter with a voltage meter
-
CV display: shows both the CV and its inverted version
-
10V normalling: each input is normalled to 10V, so an unpatched channel acts as a fixed voltage source
-
Built-in mixing: channels 1 and 2 are summed into Out 3

Depending on how it is patched, the Motion MTR can act as an attenuverter with offset, a small mixer, a VU meter, or a combination of these. That flexibility makes it a practical tile for scaling modulation, setting offsets or checking signal levels.
