The DC-3398LL is engineered to do what standard "throwaway" DC cables cannot: provide pure, stable power to your pedals while actively rejecting electromagnetic interference. By utilizing Oyaide’s proprietary 102 SSC precision conductor material—the same copper used in their high-end studio cabling—this cable ensures maximum conductivity and power transmission efficiency.

Its unique twisted-pair architecture balances the positive and negative lines, canceling out magnetic fields and drastically reducing noise floor—a critical requirement for quiet, professional-grade pedalboards. Finished with gold-plated, molded connectors and a rugged jacket, the DC-3398LL is built to survive the rigors of heavy-duty touring while bringing out the best resolution and clarity in your pedals.

Returns

Eligible unused products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Products must be returned in their original condition, including all accessories and original packaging.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll help arrange the appropriate replacement, repair or refund.

Warranty & Support

All new products include a 2-year warranty.

If you experience a fault, contact our team with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll help troubleshoot the problem and, where necessary, arrange a repair, replacement or warranty claim.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, normal wear and tear, incorrect installation or unauthorised repairs.
