Playtronica Biotron Midi Controller

Playtronica Biotron: Give Nature a Voice

The Playtronica Biotron is a fascinating MIDI controller that blurs the lines between biology and technology. Utilizing sensitive electrodes, the Biotron measures subtle fluctuations in the electrical resistance of plants or human skin. This bio-feedback is instantly translated into MIDI notes and modulation data. Whether you want to generate a generative ambient soundscape using your houseplants or explore the connection between humans and nature in an art installation, the Biotron opens a new world of organic sound design and sonic discovery.

Key Features:

• Bio-Feedback Synthesis: Translates the "living signals" of plants into complex musical patterns and sequences.

• Organic Modulation: Use biological fluctuations to drive parameters like filters, delay times, or synth textures in your DAW.

• Simple Integration: Easily connect plants via the included specialty sensors and bridge them to your digital setup via USB.

• Explorative Creativity: A perfect tool for sound artists, educators, and musicians seeking unpredictable, nature-driven inspiration.

• Instant Setup: Class-compliant USB MIDI ensures seamless operation with Ableton Live, Logic Pro, and mobile apps.
