The UDG Ultimate Flight Case Multi Format Turntable MK2 is a plywood road case for transporting and protecting a single DJ turntable. UDG designed it so the deck can also be set up and played while it stays in the case, which suits DJs who gig with their own vinyl setup or move decks between studio and venue. This is the black version.
-
9 mm plywood construction laminated in black with UDG's hexagonal Stage Grip pattern
-
High-density EVA foam lining with a diamond-embossed surface to hold the turntable in place
-
Cable access hole with a removable UDG emblem cover, plus 80 mm of space at the rear for connections and the PSU
-
Recessed butterfly twist latches and heavy-duty spring-loaded handles
-
Extra-wide solid aluminium profiles, stackable ball corners and powder coated, anodized hardware
-
Dual anchor rivets with included washers
The multi format interior takes a wide range of current and discontinued turntables. UDG lists models including the Technics SL-1200MK7, SL-1210GR2 and SL-1200GME, Pioneer DJ PLX-1000 and PLX-CRSS12, Reloop RP-7000 MK2 and RP-8000 MK2, Denon DJ VL12 Prime, Mixars LTA and STA, and Audio-Technica AT-LP140XP and AT-LP120XUSB, as well as older decks such as the Technics SL-1200MK2 and Vestax PDX 3000.
The space at the rear lets you leave the power supply and cables with the deck, so you can open the lid, connect and play without unpacking. The case weighs 8.8 kg empty. The turntable is not included.
