XOXO Modular MIDIXO: The Essential TRS MIDI Utility
The MIDIXO is a multifunctional 2HP utility designed to streamline MIDI integration in your Eurorack system. It solves the "Type A vs. Type B" dilemma with two front-facing polarity switches, allowing you to interface gear from different manufacturers (like Korg and Arturia) using standard 3.5mm stereo cables. Beyond simple conversion, the MIDIXO excels as a dedicated breakout for Expert Sleepers modules. By connecting the included 4-pin ribbon cable to a Disting EX, FH-2, or General CV, you bring hidden MIDI functionality directly to your front panel. Housed in a striking black and gold aesthetic, it is a zero-power-draw essential for the modern digital modular rig.
Key Features:
-
Bi-Directional Format Conversion: Instantly swap between TRS MIDI Type A and Type B standards.
-
Expert Sleepers Integration: Seamlessly acts as a MIDI I/O breakout for Disting MK4/EX, FH-2, and more.
-
Passive Circuitry: Draws no current from your power supply, preserving your rack's power budget.
-
User-Configurable Jumpers: Customize the internal routing to fit your specific breakout or conversion needs.
-
Skiff-Ready: Ultra-slim 17mm depth ensures compatibility with shallow cases.
