Zlob Modular F3DB: Functional 3-Band Distortion Buffer
The F3DB is a radical departure from the traditional fixed filter bank, trading surgical transparency for raw analog grit. In just 6HP, this module splits your incoming audio into three distinct frequency bands, each equipped with its own dedicated gain stage. When pushed, these bands break up into beautiful, harmonically dense distortion tailored to their specific frequency range. A standout feature is the integrated "Feedback" switch, which allows the module to self-oscillate and create unpredictable sonic artifacts. Ideal for drum processing, industrial soundscapes, and adding "weight" to thin oscillators, the F3DB is a masterclass in spectral saturation.
