Overview
The UDG Ultimate Audio Cable is a 1 m USB 2.0 cable with a USB-A male plug on one end and a USB-B male plug on the other, both straight. UDG designed it for audio use, so it suits DJs and producers connecting controllers, audio interfaces, USB microphones, keyboards, instruments or external hard drives to a computer, at home or in a professional setup.
- Gold-plated connectors that resist corrosion
- Two ferrite chokes, which UDG says suppress noise in both directions
- Flexible PVC jacket with several layers of shielding
- Backward compatible with devices using older USB versions
- UDG Velcro strap included for tidy storage
The cable comes in several colours, which makes it easier to tell cables apart in a busy booth or studio rig. UDG branding sits on both plugs. Longer 2 m and 3 m versions are sold as separate items.
